Levels
The LUKKLY loyalty program, or VIP club, consists of 10 levels. By playing with real money, you earn loyalty points, increase your level, and unlock new privileges. Each new level provides additional bonuses, increased cashback, and exclusive offers.
To move to a higher level, you need to earn loyalty points by playing with real money.
1 € in bets = 1 loyalty point
Each level requires a specific number of points.
To maintain your current level, you must earn retention points within 30 days.
If the requirement is not met, your level may be downgraded to the previous one.
The number of points required to advance to each new level increases as you progress through the program.
The loyalty program includes 10 levels. Cashback is credited starting from Level 2.
Every Monday, cashback is automatically calculated and credited for the previous week's gaming activity.
The cashback amount depends on the player's loyalty level.
